Missions

 

  • Assist the Director in managing his schedule, including planning internal and external meetings and client appointments
  • Plan and organize management and service meetings
  • Ensure the welcome of clients/visitors/service providers
  • Follow up general administrative missions and specific requests
  • Follow up on assigned tasks, communications and actions
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentation documents (prints, linking of business presentations etc.)
  • Process refunds / invoice verification / expense reports / supplier orders / inventory management
  • Mail dispatching
  • Coordinate events or international travel with different departments
  • Planning and organizing company events
  • Manage travel in connection with an agency and in accordance with the group procedure (booking, organization, control)
