Missions

 

The Client Service Trainee will support Relationship Managers by performing daily controls, answering requests received from our clients sub-distributors and producing some tailor-made reports to their attention.

The trainee will participate in:

 

1. Performing daily controls

  • Monitoring of the quality of service provided by custodians : data control and analysis
  • Assisting the company's operational departments in resolving problems related to information sources from custodians
  • Reviewing and proposing solutions for the various processes in place within the company in order to improve the current production lines
  • Controlling and validation daily accruals for Fund of Funds business
  • Answering requests received from our clients sub-distributors
  • Handling requests regarding trailer fees collection/payment/rates
  • Maintaining updated CRM database
  • Creating/updating accesses to our portal website

 

2. Producing some tailor-made reports

  • Producing some monthly « manual » reports
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis/report if needed/requested by our clients and/or management
  • Performing internal analysis in anticipation of service reviews performing by our Relationship Managers team
