Any employee of the Group, as well as any person covered by the applicable laws (job candidate, former employee, shareholder and partner, external and occasional collaborator, supplier) has the possibility to report facts concerning a crime, an offense, a threat or harm to the public interest, a violation of an international commitment ratified by France in particular, by using the Group BKMS platform.
The whistleblower benefits from a protection regime if they report or disclose information in good faith and without direct financial compensation. The Group BKMS platform, accessible 24/7 via a unique link from a connected computer, whether personal or professional, guarantees the confidentiality of the reporting person, the revealed facts, and the persons concerned. The contained information is encrypted and stored in a secure, independent environment.
The platform allows the facts to be presented and communication with the persons responsible for handling the alert through a protected dialogue box, while protecting the identity of the whistleblower who may choose to remain anonymous.
The persons responsible for handling alerts, generally belonging to Compliance and subject to a confidentiality commitment, will handle the report with the utmost care.
By submitting a report in good faith, the whistleblower protects themselves, their colleagues, the clients, as well as the Group
