Missions

 

Within the Project Management & Organization team:

 

1. Management of strategic projects and transformation program

  • Support the sponsor of each product in the development / extension of new service offerings
  • Steer strategic projects (IT, organization, multi-product offer) from requirements definition through deployment, identifying planning, scopes, and project implementation plans
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, planning and budgets, in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders from various departments
  • Track project status, deliverables and alerts raising to top project sponsor and management.
  • Monitor and control project financials
  • Organize, lead the various committees / Workshop
  • Maintain project documentation by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
  • Coordinate the change management

 

2. Organization

  • Participate in the selection of solutions, tools, providers
  • Conduct continuous improvement of existing processes, organization or tools
