We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing & communication intern  to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and communication team in all stages of the campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

This internship will help you acquire marketing and communication skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of marketing skills.

 

Your missions:

  • Assist with the update and contribute to the development of our marketing materials (clients presentations, brochures, flyers, firm’s database requests)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables
  • Contribute to digital campaigns and activity coordination, including LinkedIn, e-newsletters, display advertising
  • Assist in all facets of event management & coordination: invitation drafting, emailing campaign, registrations follow-up, external suppliers management and post-event analysis
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
  • Assist and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or a Master's degree in Marketing/ Communication
  • You ideally have some experience in a similar internship
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Mastering of InDesign, Canvas and Adobe Creative suite and / or video editing is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
  • Strong interest in digital marketing including google analytics- Social media savvy
  • Capacity to take initiative
  • Able to work in a team and interact across all levels of the organization
  • Analytical skills, strong sense of practicality
  • Proactive and solution-oriented; “make it happen” attitude and pioneering spirit
